The hotel offers free parking and that was helpful. Bertha was very helpful . The rooms were recently renovated, and everything was fine.

There were few options for breakfast. I think the hotel must add variety to the breakfast. The front desk staff seemed nice, but the directions and information about the hotel were not clear.

The covered parking area was a HUGE plus for protecting the car from the sun. I found the breakfast selection varied, offering more than expected. The location worked well, putting me close to key attractions. The staff, especially Bertha Ann, gave GREAT service.

The elevator was very slow. Only one was working , made waiting VERY LONG.

The hotel's location is central, providing easy access to Universal Studios, volcano bay, and EPIC. I could see them from my 12th-floor room. Many restaurants and shops are nearby, a BIG plus. I noticed there are several dining options within walking distance, too.

Breakfast included several choices. I observed waffles, bread, boiled eggs. orange juice and coffee, ALL were available. The breakfast area is spacious, easily accommodating guests, so that's GOOD. Making a plate to take out if necessary.

The room included Dove brand soaps, shampoo, and conditioner. I noticed towels, clean sheets, a coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator inside the room. The suite itself was spacious, made things COMFORTABLE. Beds felt very comfortable.
